This provided a rare opportunity to architect the entire SEO function from the ground up at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Developing the strategy, executing content and technical improvements, and integrating SEO into the company’s broader go-to-market motion.
Jack joined Cascade in early 2021 as the 24th employee and second member of the marketing team, hired directly by the COO to build the SEO function from the ground up. At the time, Cascade was a growing B2B SaaS platform on the path to product-market fit.
Over the next 12 months, Cascade raised a $40M Series A and scaled to 150+ employees. Jack led the development of a product-led SEO strategy, launching a programmatic template library and use-case content engine that contributed directly to top-of-funnel growth.
