As traditional SEO shifts toward entity-driven, probabilistic systems, we’re looking for a forward-thinking GEO Specialist to ensure our brands lead the next era of search.
Design and implement a generative SEO strategy aligned with business goals, across LLM-powered engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.)
Build and refine our entity graph across structured data, internal linking, and external signals to improve salience and co-occurrence.
Engineer and test prompts to evaluate how our content appears in generative interfaces and identify optimization opportunities.
Lead implementation of advanced schema (e.g., WebPage, Product, HowTo, FAQ, Organization, and custom types) to reinforce entity connections and custom index inclusion signals to guide LLM crawl behavior.
Define and track metrics like “LLM visibility,” zero-click share, response inclusion rate, and semantic similarity score to evaluate impact.
Partner with content, AI, and product teams to co-create LLM-friendly pages, summaries, tools, and sidecar assets. And collaborate with developers to ensure proper markup, canonicalization, and AI-readiness across key templates and pages.
As our GEO Specialist, you’ll own the strategy and execution of Generative Engine Optimization across platforms. You’ll work closely with SEO, product marketing, content, and engineering to optimize for visibility within AI-generated answers, summaries, and chat-based interfaces.
This is not traditional SEO. This is relevance engineering, entity design, and prompt-first optimization at the cutting edge of search.
3+ years experience in SEO, growth marketing, or search-based content roles (ideally SaaS) with a demonstrated experience working with or optimizing for AI/LLM-powered search interfaces.
The desirable candidate will have strong client management experience and a history of successful project delivery. With a demonstrated ability in building and executing strategic campaigns.
Deep understanding of structured data, knowledge graphs, and semantic SEO, with strong familiarity of Schema.org and vector embeddings.
You should be familiar with how LLMs like GPT, Gemini, Claude, and others process and generate answers including token prioritization, context windows, entity linking, reasoning chains, and prompt injection risks. Experience analyzing or optimizing LLM outputs for factual accuracy, content attribution, and visibility is a must.
